FieldExists Procedure
Checks if a field exist in a given table.
If a field is set as ObsoleteState Removed or if it's not enabled, the field is considered non existing.

The number of the table.
FieldNo Integer
The number of the field to check.
Returns
Boolean
true if the field exist in the given table and has any other ObsoleteState than Removed.
