    Set up Qpick Connector

    The workflow for connect Qpick to Business Central is as follows:

    How to setup Qpick Connector

    Note

    Ensure that the following information from Qpick is obtained before you begin the setup of the Qpick Connector. This information is obtained from Qpick when setting up the Qpick environment.

    Sitecode ERP reference for the site in Qpick
    Qpick URL Link for integration to Qpick from BC
    Qpick username Username for integration to Qpick from BC
    Qpick password Password for integration to Qpick from BC
    1. Create a new App Registration in the Microsoft Entra admin center.
    2. For the new registration:
      1. Enter a suitable name.
      2. Select account type:
        1. Qpick Connector supports Single tenant.
      3. Add Redirect URI:
        1. Select platform Web.
        2. Enter https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/OAuthLanding.htm as URI.
    3. Add API permissions for the created app registration:
      1. Select the Dynamics 365 Business Central API.
        1. Select Application Permissions.
        2. Add permission API.ReadWrite.All.
        3. Perform Grant admin consent for the added permission.
    4. Create a new client secret at Certificate and secrets page. Copy the Secret ID and return to page Overview and copy Application (client) ID. Qsys uses these values to complete the installation in step 7.
    5. Choose the search icon (ALT+Q), enter Microsoft Entra Applications, and then choose the related link.
      1. Select New and fill in Application (client) ID value and Description.
      2. Set State to Enabled.
      3. Select Yes to create a new user.
      4. Enter permission D365 FULL ACCESS and QWEQP SERVICE.
    6. Choose the search icon (ALT+Q), enter Qpick Setup, and then choose the related link.
      1. Copy and save the value at field Web Service URL. Qsys uses this value to complete the installation at step 7.
      2. Fill in Zoncode, Sitecode, Qpick URL, Qpick Username and Qpick Password received from Qsys.
    7. Contact Qsys, who will complete the setup.

    Create and post a Pick

    The workflow for create a pick and post the pick is as follows:

    Note

    Inventory Put-away, Pick, and Movement can be performed from either Sales Orders, Purchase return Orders, or Transfer Orders.

    1. Warehouse picks are generated in Business Central per order by selecting Create Inventory Put-away/Pick/Movement from the order or by the search icon (ALT+Q).
      1. Enter Create Inventory Put-away/Pick/Movement, and then choose the related link.
      2. Select Create Invt. Pick toggle, and add filter if needed. Only documents with the status Released will be processed.
    2. On the Inventory Picks page, the pick is now ready to be sent to Qpick. Choose the Send activity or retrieve Inventory Picks from Business Central thru Qpick. The picks are displayed in a preview list on the Qpick before being processed further.
    3. Select a pick to process.
    4. Process the pick in Qpick's system according to the instructions provided by Qpick.
    5. When the picking process is completed in the Qpick Warehouse, Qpick calls Business Central to input the quantities.
    6. The pick is ready to be sent to Business Central for posting. During the posting process, you can print a Shipment.
    7. The pick is all done.
    Note

    It is possible to revoke a pick that has been sent to Business Central from the Inventory Pick page if the pick needs to be processed again. Select a Pick and the Action, and the Qpick and then Revoke.
