    What does the new corporate structure and payment solutions mean?

    When using an app from SmartApps 4D365 AB, payments are handled through a payment solution called Stripe. We recently rearranged our corporate structure and due to this future payments will be managed by NAB Solutions AB.

    When will NAB Solutions AB activate the new payment solution?

    After Business Central is updated to the Wave 1 2024 release we will gradually start moving customers to the new payment solution. This can at the earliest be when your Business Central is upgraded to the Wave 1 2024 release and at the latest when your Business Central is upgraded to the Wave 2 2024 release.

    Do I have to do anything when NAB Solutions activate the new payment solution for my apps?

    1. Yes, a notification to add a credit card will appear in your Business Central when the time comes.
    2. Click on the notification and add the credit card you wish to use.
    3. Done!

    Who do I turn to if I run into trouble when NAB Solutions AB has activated the new payment solution for my apps?

    Why is there a different sender on the receipt when NAB Solutions has activated the new payment solution for my apps?

    NAB Solutions AB and SmartApps 4D365 AB both belong to the same corporate group, NAB Solutions Group AB, and to facilitate administration, payments will be managed by NAB Solutions AB from now on.

    Can I change my payment method or payment terms?

    No, we are still only able to use cards as a payment method and we charge monthly.
