Type	Caption	ToolTip
Field	Type	Specifies the type of function to set up.
Field	No.	Specifies the Object ID of the function to set up.
Field	Description	Specifies the description. The caption of the object is set by default but can be manually changed to something more suitable.
Field	Output Type	Specifies the type of output that will be generated when enqueueing the function.
Field	Group Code	Specifies the group that the lines will be grouped under.
Field	Queue Result Settings Code	Specifies the code of the queue result settings that will be used when exporting the results to a file.
Field	Direct Export	Specifies whether the results of a function will be exported directly to a file (if the Direct Export Supported toggle is enabled on the Queue Result Settings). If the field is empty, the setting is inherited from the group to which the function belongs.
Field	Filters	Specifies if this record has any specified filters.
Field	Date Filters	Specifies if this record has any specified date filters.
Field	Step No.	Specifies the workflow step where the function is being used.
Action	New from Template	Start a guide to create a new function using templates.
Action	Copy from	Select existing functions to copy from.
Action	Create Copy	Create a copy of the selected function.
Action	Delete Selected	Delete the selected functions.
Action	Filters	If the type of the line is a page, open a list with filters for the selected line. For other types, open a request page.
Action	Values	Open a list with values for the selected codeunit.
Action	Date Filters	Open a list with date filters and date formulas for the selected line.
Action	Additional Settings	Open and specify additional settings and see which values that must be specified to be able to enqueue the function. This action is only visible for functions that support additional settings.
Action	Fields	Open a list of all fields in the selected table and specify which ones to include in the export.
Action	Up	Move the record one step up in the list to affect the sorting order.
Action	Down	Move the record one step down in the list to affect the sorting order.
Action	Export	Download the selected function setup lines including Filters and Date Filters. Useful when migrating settings between companies/environments.
Action	Import	Upload a previously exported settings file to add function setup lines. Useful when migrating settings between companies/environments.
Action	Generate AL Template Code	Show the AL code used for the selected functions. Useful when a function should be added as a template in an extension.
