Can I change the color of my cues?

On the page Step 4: Set Up Cues it is possible to change the color of your cues to more effectively draw attention when threshold values are reached on your KPIs.

When does Eagle Free become paid Eagle?

By default, the Company Type on the Eagle Setup page is set to Client, which allows access only to Eagle's free features. To unlock the full functionality of Eagle, you can choose Single Company if your company performs operational tasks within a single organization, Service Agency if your company provides services to clients, or Service Agency & Client if your company both provides and receives administrative services.
