This privacy policy describes how SMARTAPPS 4D365 AB (“SMARTAPPS”)”), a part of NAB Solutions AB, will collect and store the personal data collected from you when using SMARTAPPS application. The privacy policy is established by the 21st of June 2018.

1. PERSONAL DATA

SMARTAPPS will process and stored personal data if you are using support service. The data will be stored during the period you are using the application. The data will be stored in SMARTAPPS support system and will be deleted when you terminate the application.

2. PURPOSE OF USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The purpose of processing and storage of personal data is to make it possible to communicate with you.

3. SHARING PERSONAL DATA

SMARTAPPS will not disclose your personal data to any third party. If SMARTAPPS will use a service provider, the service provider will obtain the personal data they need in order to deliver the service. The service provider will sign a personal data assistant agreement including instructions regarding how to process the personal data according to the privacy policy, applicable laws and regulations.

4. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data is kept in a safe and secure manner by a variety of security technologies and procedures to help to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The personal data is stored in controlled facilities with limited access. Username and password shall be kept in a safe manner to prevent unauthorized access by any third party.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
